What Is Really Holding You Back?
How do we explain a man that will run into a burning building to rescue a family pet without giving it more than a passing thought….but that same man will do everything in his power to avoid getting up in front of a group and speaking.
We often think about ‘external forces’ holding us back or moving us forward. Things outside ourselves and, to varying degrees, outside our control. Some of these ‘external forces’ include:
I grew up in a bad neighborhood.
I am late because traffic was bad.
I don’t have a car to get to work.
My boss doesn’t like me.
The economy is very bad so now is not a time to get a new job.
I can’t afford that right now.
However, if you really think about it most of those external forces can be overcome by simply changing the way you deal with those forces. What really holds you back is the internal belief that they are in your way. If you believed that they didn’t play a role in your not achieving your goals – I bet they wouldn’t!

How true ,how true. It’s easy to make excuses-but that is just a lazy wayt out of a situation. You should not be in your own business if your motto isn’t I am going to make it no matter what.Try .Try and try again till you get it. Then look for better and easier ways to continue to get it.

I’ve heard that TRY is a well disguised LIE that you tell yourself.
