Pamela R. Bauer, E.A. is the President and CEO of Abacus and Co. of NY, Inc.,a solutions provider for small businesses. Having worked closely with the small
business community since 1997, Pamela understands the current challenges
facing entrepreneurs. As a published writer, and regular contributor to business
focused periodicals, Pamela shares her knowledge, experience and insight
with small business owners across the country and globally.
Pamela regularly addresses small business groups on how to account for their
business. Having owned her own small business, a restaurant franchise,
Pamela leverages her own experience and knowledge in her workshops.
She has also gained a significant amount of experience working within
the corporate world, for Xerox, and as a financial controller for a local
company owned out of Denmark, Danfoss Videk, Inc.
Robert Peter II
Robert Peter II is the President of Insights2Improvement, Inc., a local
leadership skills and training company. As a certified DISCoach, team builder,
and leadership trainer, he specializes in leadership/sales coaching, coach training,
and certification of organizational practitioners. He is an authorized distributor
for organizational values and culture surveys, behavior and skills assessments,
and leadership training.
Robert has had the pleasure of working with a wide array of clients including: Wegmans Food Markets, Corning Life Sciences, Bausch & Lomb, Rochester City School District, Edison Schools, Inc., Unity Health Systems, University of Rochester, St. John Fisher College, and Xerox.
